DAO

DAO members will own and manage the entire NGG ecosystem. Voting decision-making will be distributed proportionally depending on the membership of the participant in the general DAO by owning NGG tokens. The tokens will represent voting rights in the DAO.

NGG Token issuance

There will be only 100,000,000 NGG tokens to be minted and distributed. All tokens will be under the responsibility of the Nova Guild Games Treasury pending the distribution schedule. Distribution will occur depending on different schedules and for different purposes. After tokens are distributed, it can then be traded immediately in any exchange where available.

Tokenomics

It is planned to raise $3.16 M during 3 investments rounds:

• Seed Round – $400 K

• Private Round – $2.16 M

• Public Sale – $600 K

A total amount of NGG tokens to be minted and distributed is 100,000,000 tokens.
